Update: I purged evolution from my computer and went into the following folders and deleted any folder that said Evolution:
/home/chris/.local/share /home/chris/.config /home/chris/.cache And I went into the SYSTEM Folder as root and deleted any folder that said evolution thinking maybe there was some stuff left over from the flatpack that could be causing this problem.
