That's a meaningless statement. The evolution front end - what you call "evolution" gets all it's data from e-d-s. e-d-s can provide information to other (gnome) packages. You really, really have to stop obsessing over what's in the .cache directory. It is of no importance. It is just evolution's internal / private store of data that it has downloaded and kept in case it is needed again. It contains no account information and its contents is of no consequence to the user.
