Most lists do ... but if messages from the listserv are currently being bounced at the recipient... I have gotten such messages from various lists while my VPS provider performs maintenance. But the issue is resolved prior to be auto -unsubscribed so I actually received the warning message. This is the nature of e-mail. It is never anything more than "best effort". > Even odder that the unsubscribed message then gets through, when the > other list mails never Not really odd - the issue bouncing the messages has been resolved, so the unsubscribe message comes through - it is usually sent after the unsubscription. The key variable is Time. Using a 'cloud' e-mail provider means you will never really know what is going on. That is the price to the paid for the convenience. -- Meetings Coordinator, Michigan Association of Railroad Passengers 537 Shirley St NE Grand Rapids, MI 49503-1754 Phone: 616.581.8010 E-mail: awill...@whitemice.org GPG#D95ED383 Web: http://www.marp.org _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
