I haven't. In fact, I've just this week upgraded my system from Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 to Ubuntu GNOME 15.10, so I've just moved to GNOME 3.16. If I did decide to go to staging the only reason would be to get a newer version of Evolution. That's just about the only GNOME application where I really care much about having the newest version. And, I probably won't do that unless I find some truly annoying issues with Evolution 3.16 such that I can't wait.
