The hard disk on my wife's PC has failed, before failing completely I managed to do an Evolution backup.
I have restored the backup into a new hard drive with Evolution V3.18.1 and Manjaro 15.09 But the start up message says the Database Disk Image is Malformed. Looking at the screen no messages show in the inbox, but the sub folders seem OK. I tried looking at previous posts with a similar problem where is was suggested to use sqlite3 $dbfile "pragma integrity_check;" but this has not worked in this case. Can anybody offer any help please?
