For one thing, the new FAQ says nothing about how to train the junk filters. Both the builtin Help and the FAQ refer directly to the Sourceforge pages. The FAQ does mention using the distro packages, but then labels the Sourceforge links as "Install <filter> now". I think this is unclear.
