It's a trade-off. The annoyance that you feel when you *personally* see that pop-up just once and click the "never bother me again" option, versus the annoyance you feel repeatedly when some other muppet *should* have seen that pop-up and been encouraged by it to do something different. > I can eliminate them, but I find them helpful at times.
