Hi Jared,
One question - you have a backup of your '.evolution' folder?
Then try to copy it over your new '.evolution' in your home dir.
I use Evo 2.24.1 with a link to an existing folder(Evo 2.22) on other
partition.
Both Evo's working well with a lot of filters.
