Zimbra and evolution 2.22 play really nicely together. The easiest way to deal with the combination is to use IMAP and CalDAV for mail & calendar - then you just need to have both your old and current servers active at the same time and copy things between the two. If you mean that you need to do a bulk conversion of mail for lots of people, then look on the Zimbra web site, they have conversion tools. For calendar, look at using iCal (.ics) files. Zimbra uses ldap for contacts, so you can either have two sets of contacts open at once and just cut and paste. BTW If you have Evolution, don't bother to try and use the Zimbra desktop client - you can get the same functionality using Evolution and it's much more stable than Zimbra Desktop.
