Axel -- yes, I have done all the idiot tests.  Copy/Paste, etc.  Yes,
I can log into OWA from any one of several computers, and yes, I have
two ubuntu hardy heron, and both fail the same way.

I don't know how to debug it further.  It seems there are some command
line binary tools that can be built to debug exchange server access,
but I have not tried this yet.
