Do you actually have access to your OWA?
For me I use the same URL my browser eventually points to (copy and paste). I
use exactly the same login credentials then my login into OWA ...
I assume you checked firewalls and the like. Tried another PC as well?
I am almost certain its something easy ... ;-)
