Pat,
    I am not sure if gtkhtml fix made to OpenSUSE 10.3 because it got
released before patch has been submitted but it may be released in
updates because as per comment#10 in bgo 485700, patch was submitted to
stable branch also. If you want,you can upgrade to OpenSUSE 10.3.

There are many methods to upgrade your system from 10.2 to 10.3 like
system update or patch update or direct update from 10.3 installation
dvd(means from start up).I will suggest you to google and choose which
one suits to you.
