Hi all, thanx for the response.
Robert, which way does the Treo 650 sync? Bluetooth, WLan, USB, and what Synch Program does it use? I can get a Palm Treo 680 quite cheaply. Does anyone know if it also works well with OpenSUSE 10.2 (10.3 in October!) & Evolution? The Treo 650 is not available anymore I think (well not from Palm or Amazon). The newer models (500 & 750) are using Windows Mobile 5 now. The 680 seems to be the last with Palm OS version (5.4.9 Garnet). Has Palm given up on the Palm OS? Shrikant, I am only working with Linux now. I still have an iPAQ with Windows, but it will be re-flashed with a Linux version as soon as I have a Palm. The windows OS's can not sync with any Linux mail clients as far as I could find out. That's one reason I am moving to Palm with Palm OS. If Palm is giving up on the Palm OS, what other PDA's can be used as mobile phone and PDA, syncing with OpenSUSE 10.2 (.3!) :-) Al On Fri, 2007-09-14 at 07:18 +0000, Shrikant Navelkar wrote: > I am glad somebody started this thread.
