As I hear from Partha, he explained me that it just works as
classification, for which the button behavior is right. Im not sure, how
it works and I leave it to Partha to decide on this. But i don't want a
'Not Junk' button, if it is not implemented. The fix to make it  learn
should have a fix to enable 'Not Junk' in toolbar.
