Different bug. Especially comment #6 just explains, why forwarding
quoted or inline does not include the attachments.

It does not mention, why oh why these menu items where ripped out, while
even leaving everything in place. *If* someone actually removed this on
purpose, then *why* would he even leave the accelerators in place?

I still consider this an oversight, a bug and a regression. I will
*fight* for #321640 and #321639. Try to stop me. ;-)
