FWIW, the option to Forward Inline still is in and never was removed --
although it is ridiculously hard to change the forwarding method on a
mail by mail basis.

Apply my patch, and you got it back. :-)


Caveat: As Andre just pointed out, the Labels (the text in the menu
itself) will not be translated. The tooltips still are, though.
