Which outcome you observer depends on how you observe it.  If you are at rest relative to the garage and standing at it's midpoint, you will see the rear of the car enter before you see the front of the car exit.  But if you're at the middle of the car and moving with it, you will see the front of the car exit before you see the rear of the car enter.  This is simply a consequence of the speed of light being the same in all inertial frames.

So what happened to the other outcome, apparently falsified? After all, it is *impossible *to observe both outcomes, since they *contradict* each other. _THIS_ is the point I have been making all along. AG
