You said that if a candidate person behaves as if he has a mind, then he does. That may be OK, but if a person does NOT have a mind, ( is a zombie), then my position is that in fact he cannot behave as one with a mind would. For example, he could not converse with you. He could not tell you where or when he was born, because having no mind, he has no memory, and cannot understand language at all.
