Is it correct to say Hubble's law claims a linear relationship between recessional velocity and distance, where the recessional velocity is NOW, even though the distance referred to corresponds to earlier times. In other words, Hubble's law does NOT claim that in the very early universe, galaxies were receding a near light speed. AG
