Not to start this conversation on a negative note, but I can tell you who NOT to go with. We have SMIOTA lockers and they are just not meant for library use. They are not outside-friendly (thought they told us they were), they have a very small staff, thus poor customer service. It does not live-query the ILS, so we have to do a full patron load every month or more often to make sure our patrons are in the kiosk system. I know every vendor has good and bad recommendations, but I strongly advise against them until they can improve their capabilities to support libraries.
