We're having issues with Bibliotheca and Evergreen. We figured out that
part of the issue is that it was being directed to the replicated database
server that houses a static copy of the database that we use for reports,
notifications, etc. however, we're still having issues. The kiosks are
receiving data from Evergreen- holds, patron information, etc but it will
not check out the item.

What permissions do you use for Self-checkout machines and is it different
than the Basic Circulation permissions?

Does anyone here use Bibliotheca Self Checkout kiosks and would they be
willing to share detailed Evergreen configuration details?

Thank you!
