Hi Diane and Debbie, I think you'll want the SendEmail reactor, and a template that will generate an email similar to other SendEmail A/T event definitions. There is a stock A/T event definition with an ID of 53 that implements this that may exist and be disabled, and if so, you can clone it and adjust as needed.
