Assuming that your Tesla doesn't have a 3.5mm audio input jack, how about an FM transmitter driven from the CD player's earphone output?
This one is on the pricey side, but I've used an earlier version of it and found it reliable: https://ccrane.com/digital-fm-transmitter-3 There are cheaper ones; just search the web for car FM modulator.
