I have two batteries that I need to get rid of, they may have value for someone:
(1) this is a partial Chevy Volt Lithium pack, I think it has 3 sections, this one has 3 labels, for 1kWh and two for 2kWh and a fourth label for the complete sub-pack with the sum capacity of 5kWh. I think the sections have 9, 18 and 18 cells. Total pack voltage is well over 100V. Has tubes going in and out for liquid cooling and connector sockets on top for BMS connections. I am guessing that the capacity is around 30Ah for the cells. The sub-pack label has the following text: Y84601000000000 5kWh P23103865 2P023 12V832023845 T11 13197S0035 0000 The one but last line tells me this is for a late model ('15-'19) Volt. Note that this is a *partial* pack, probably about one third as the Volt pack is spec'ed for 360V. (2) This battery actually consists of two blades of Samsung INR18650-33G cells Additional marking SDI-3 and JK3T. Each blade is arranged as 5s39p and each blade measures at 20V (4V per cell) If you use the 2 blades in series you will get 40V. So, the total of this pack is 390 cells and the spec for this cell is 3.15Ah, which brings this pack to an estimated 4.5 kWh. Each blade is a narrow long strip, about 30" long and 5" tall and 1 cell length wide (~2 1/2") Pickup in SF South Bay preferred. Price is low, whatever you think the pack is worth to you. Pickup this week is more important than price.
