Even if it does, the deed could already be done - charging points dismantled, EVs sold off - before any ruling is handed down. Or the GSA could just ignore coiurt rulings. He ordered them torn down and scrapped to make sure they'd never be re-installed. I don't know for sure, but I'd think that a commercial charging service could buy those 8,000+ EVSEs and put them to good use. If sold at government auction, they'll probably go for a fraction of their original cost. Similarly, the "offloaded" EVs could be fantastic bargains for folks on this list.
