Even if it does, the deed could already be done - charging points 
dismantled, EVs sold off - before any ruling is handed down.  

Or the GSA could just ignore coiurt rulings. Who's going to enforce them?

I just hope that they don't do as postmaster general Dejoy did with the 
letter sorting machines he had removed from post offices.  He ordered them 
torn down and scrapped to make sure they'd never be re-installed.

I don't know for sure, but I'd think that a commercial charging service 
could buy those 8,000+ EVSEs and put them to good use.  If sold at 
government auction, they'll probably go for a fraction of their original 
cost.

Similarly, the "offloaded" EVs could be fantastic bargains for folks on this 
list.
