Going to court is good, but if it goes all the way to SCOTUS then all bets are off. They have concluded a few cases in the best way in an attempt to somewhat satisfy the total population that they do have morals and the population best interests. However don’t forget that several, if not all, of the conservative justices get bribe money from some of the same billionaires.
