Check out the Zombieverter from Damian Maguire at evbmw.com . Go to the webshop page. Damian has built support for the various leaf drive stacks into the Zombieverter. It will also support Chademo. No need to reverse engineer any of the Leaf motor and stack interfaces. I don't know what BMS you want to use, but there is support for the Simp BMS and one user has even integrated an Orion BMS2. The Open Inverter Forum is the support channel for the Zombieverter as well as many other open design EV projects.
