fully expected this type of reaction from certain types of people. Probably one
of the reasons I have literally not posted here for years. It was just as I
read the original post and then checked out the "device" I heard Bob Rice
ROFLHAO and told him Ok I will comment. He's still laughing.

practical matter, this passive gadget avoids the potential legal
consequences that - depending on such factors as the state where you live
