[EVDL] Creaky Tesla Y front end at 94K miles

Hi folks
I have a 2021 Tesla Y 94k miles that the front right creaks in slow turns and 
bumps. The great god google shows some replacing the upper/lower control arms, 
about $500 from the stealership. Maybe a shock?  Just curious if anyone has 
stumbled into it and where to get Tesla Y parts.
