So true! Part of the problem is that our "leaders" are actually followers. They follow the polls, they follow the money, they follow what worked in the past. Alas, too many people play "follow the leader" even when their "leaders" have proven to be clueless. But change will come; it always does. The innovations needed to deal with the changes will have to come from someone *other* than our erstwhile leaders.
