In a right-to-repair win, Tesla is now allowing anyone to access a hidden service menu that enables the ability of owners and independent repair shops to service the high-tech vehicles. This is an amazing turn-around from Tesla's previously draconian lock-down of all their systems much like Apple does. Modern automobile systems whether EV or not are now sufficiently complex that service and repair is no longer viable without proper support from the manufacturer.
