Hello, I used Dreamhost until they blocked (as in threw away) a message from Discover Card which contained my monthly statement.
Unfortunately every shared host that I tried lied about filtering my email. The only solution that I found was running a Virtual Private Server (VPS). I now get every piece of email. But, while I have the qualifications to run my VPS myself (cheap), I don't have the time, so I buy a "managed" VPS which costs me about $21 per month. The bottom line is that the spammers have won. It costs us all a lot in money and missed messages, and the spammers just keep on coming.
