Absolute max is 4.2 per cell (8.4 per module). I tested from 4.15 per
cell down to 3.3 per cell. [Specs say you can get the cells down to
2.4 vpc.....but in the Leaf 4.12 volts is 100% and 3.6v is near 0%]
From 4.15vpc to 4 vpc there is a lot of capacity, but I don't think you
get much from 3.3 to 3.6....]
