Certainly a fair point, if you want it but don’t want to lease. Honda seems to put new technology in a “lease-only” category initially.
Mine is the first car I’ve leased. I bought our other EV, and probably would have been better off with a lease as the technology is changing and improving rapidly. With my new Clarity, I will only get some minor (but important) improvements, but a newer model in the next few years will have major advancements. - Mark Sent from my Fuel Cell powered iPhone > On Mar 11, 2020, at 9:05 AM, David Kerzel via EV <[email protected]> wrote: > > My issue with the Honda Clarity EV was it was only available as a lease. > > David Kerzel > > -----Original Message----- > From: EV [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of evln via EV > Sent: Wednesday, March 11, 2020 1:56 AM > To: [email protected] > Cc: evln <[email protected]> > Subject: [EVDL] Honda Kills Clarity EV> keeps fossil-fuel consuming variants > > > > https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a31297220/honda-clarity-ev-discontinued/ > Honda Kills Clarity EV, Its Only All-Electric Car in US Mar 9, 2020 ...
