?Why would Roger consider getting his PbSO4 wet-cells from: Costco, Interstate, or GC2's with small 75Amp golf cart terminals? Since Roger did state what they were to be used in, some research gave the answers. If for his home solar or his e-tractor http://electrictractor.blogspot.com/ small lead battery terminals for low power use should be OK. If for Roger's 96V EV conversion http://www.evalbum.com/1313 using a Curtis 1221 controller, perhaps the terminals could get hot, but that controller only draws 400 battery Amps (someone verify that). It looks like the costco golf batteries have the small 75A terminals https://www.costco.com/Interstate-6-Volt-Golf-Cart-Battery.product.100476406.html I'll assume Roger's EV cables that are set up for L posts are large and robust. So getting enough metal to metal contact to keep from melting posts is Roger's concern. I have used nolox as a conductive grease to reduce resistance https://www.google.com/search?q=conductive+grease+reduce+resistance it reduced the amount of heat build up on the battery posts, and I had a 600A controller. https://www.yelp.com/biz/costco-clarkston?osq=costco+warehouse Roger's nearby costco store >From what I've gathered Roger is considering costco as his source of a new 100Ah pack because where he lives Pullman, WA, his battery sources are limited. Here are some links I found of battery sources. https://www.samsclub.com/sams/golf-cart-batteries/3990117.cp ng= no sams club nearby https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NBP8144 $145 napa auto parts https://www.oreillyauto.com/shop/b/battery-accessories-16452/battery---automotive-16864/battery-12836/aa237490c00e?q=6v+golf+battery&prodAttr_13706=6+Volt $118 pullman store Roger might hit-up golf courses to see where they get their batteries.
