I went through 2 sets of GC2 golf cart batteries with just a bolt
holding the terminal down onto the top of the post in my S-10 truck
before upgrading to LiIon, and did not have a problem with any of the
connections. (You do want to use lock washers above the terminal.)
The batteries would max out at around 300 amps output in my truck.

Does anyone have experience with the Costco Golf Cart batteries? My concern
is the terminals. Previously I have used the L-terminals on golf cart
batteries.
The Costco golf cart batteries use the typical golf cart battery terminals,
which are a post with screw stud in the center. Can this handle the typical
current encountered . or can it be modified?
