Hello John,
The Hybrid Auto Center is where I bought the modules from. I had them pre-balance all the cells which all came in at 3.9 volts. I also got the Orion BMS from them which the assembly manual recommended a range from 3.6 v to 4.1 volts. I am using a Manzanita Micro PFC-50 charger that is set at mode 8 for these types of cells. In mode 8 or switch 8 on while all the other switches 7 to 1 are off will not allow the charger voltage go above 4.0 volts. My daily driving range is 2 miles, which is 1 mile up hill and 1 mile down hill. Once a week, its 3 miles up hill and 3 miles down hill. The number of cells and assembly was calculated on the maximum continuous motor ampere, which is 200 amps for a Net Gain Warp 11 motor. Not battery ampere which is normally lower. According to all the people at Hybrid Auto Center, Manzanita Micro and Net Gain, My motor and battery pack should have a easy life which could be more than 10 years my last battery did. If you charge to 3.8V, you'll get more like 42AH capacity. Generally, charge to 4.1V is considered reasonable.
