I have done many conversions using the Focus, as well as Leaf, Volt and Bosch (13,16,Fiat500e)
My favorite is the Volt since the module is 48vdc and a socket for the BMS. Focus is good also as it comes in a 16vdc module. Bosch seems to be the highest quality and comes in 48vdc modules with BMS plug. The Leaf is the worst and isn't recommended. Used cells are degraded much more than the others I have listed and difficult to install as they need serious compressing. No BMS socket, so each of the 2 cells on a module must be wired directly to cell.
