A friend is upgrading his Solectria Force and going with a higher pack
voltage than his existing DC-DC converter is rated for. I know the Vicor
company makes DC-DC converter bricks, but was wondering if someone knows
of another good option for a DC-DC converter that will take 100-200VDC
input and deliver ~13.2VDC at sufficient power to run the various 12V
devices (500W?).

What voltage is he upgrading it to? He could simply replace the Vicor bricks he has now with ones suitable for his new pack voltage.

Solectria used some special Vicor bricks with a nominal 200vdc input, which covered the 150-250vdc input range. The standard bricks are usually 150vdc nominal (100-200v) or 300vdc nominal (200-400v).
