Well ,I think that the attitude n appearance of a person can give U an insight into a person's personality ......... As for the second q's no matter how many tests u go for but not one is perfect but yes they help thru their dimension or style of judging.N I like to go for interviews or meetings as they give U a chance to talk to d person n that I think is best. take care ...........
