Hello there, Some women might think that it is inappropriate manner which is related to their culture, while others could not to say due to their personalities. In my opinion, it depends on each person. Women now have more confident enough to say or express their feeling direct toward men,yet, womem in the past, they could express romance feeling in may ways.
Some men would love women who first tell them " I love you". They would think that these women have more charming, smart,and confidence as well as brave. If a man do not love her, she will think that it is fine, she will find another. She has more powerful and independent. On the other hand, some men would not love women who express their feeling first. Basically, men have natural hunting instinct. Hence, they really love do searching and follow up thier prey. They would think women who tell them first are not challenge. Surly, those women do not have anything to find out. Nothing interest. Those women might not have the secrets. At this point, we got briefly conclusion that women have learnt one of men's instincts for a long time. Hence,they are so smart and have many techniques and options to tell. It depends on their decisions. That is my two cents worth.
