Hello Oshiro, Long time no see! Thank God someone as "senior"(in this group)and as familar(to me)as you replied to me finally... I was about to give up on posting here since none has responded to the question for the entire week except you.;)
OK.So I'm still needed here.LOL Here are the answers to your question: #Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:permanent tiredness caused by stress (People affected by it can't keep their jobs or have a normal life as they feel constantly tired without energy to do anything they used to like or they need to do) #Seasonal Affective Disorder:depression caused by long, dark winters (That's the one I have been suffering from...I can't wait for the spring to come sonner...maybe in another 2 to 3 months) # Post-traumatic Stress Disorder:persistent emotional problems after being involved in a traumatic incident (Someone who survived some disaster, witnessed some closed one's death or shocked by some sudden tragic news can have it.Think about the firefighters in Australia now...They are going to have to deal with it sooner or later, not to mention all the people who lost everything there so unexpectedly...:( ) #Road Rage:getting angry and possibly violent because of the stress of modern driving conditions (I don't drive but I hear from time to time that some people have the tendency to become a demon when they start to drive and drive like a manic)LOL # Mid-life Crisis:a sudden crisis of confidence suffered by MEN around the age of 45 (Aha,I think I know someone we both have known is very close to it...;)) That's all,Oshiro! I hope I've been helpful. Are you still working for the same company where your superiors are women? Best wishes to you and nice weekend again to all of us, Pln On Feb 13, 2:34 pm, Rafael Oshiro <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Pln, > > Answering your questions. > > 1 Is this serious advice or just light-hearted? > For me, they are a little of both of them. > > 2 Do you agree that to be happy you just need to 'change your mind'? > I believe that these advices really help people to change their moods, but > it's sometimes hard to do.
