The article wanted show what characteristics IT people feel difficult and what there is no difficult when the issue is working on team. According to people interviewed, administrate conflicts, been communicative and delegate task to your subordinate is dificult to them. Theses caracteristics was highlight because are key caracteristics to manage a team. * 2. Can the importance of group on team skills be compared to e.g. communicative skills? According to the survey, which are the the most important skill that professional need to develop at workplace?* On this survey we got a list of skills to people tells us what they fell with good and bad skill. The graph show the level of each skill. What the most important is a good discussion why depends on each one. Work on team issue per example people said feel high level skill on : be cordial, work on team and respect different opinions, and with low level skill on: conflict resolution, motivation techniques and manage conflicts. This data can be useful to people or companies per example that need to know that kind of skill make training.
