Hi, thanks for your interesting question. I think there are close relations between two there skills, and all the comparisons between them are uneven. Normally, work might be divided equally to all members in a group, and the role of each individual is to manage their task well. Most of the time members have to complete their work by finding information, writing reports, etc independently, therefore, in this situation I highly appreciate the role of independence and the effort of each member. However, sometimes they meet difficulty and need the help of other members. As a result, they have to work together to find the final solutions because " two heads are better than one". In this case, they need teamwork skill. In conclusion, to complete a work well we need the combination between both teamwork and independent-working skills. By the way I would like to raise another question which are necessary factors to work effectively in a team? Nice to hear your voices.

Nevertheless, parallel with this skill, the ability to work indepedently is another important required skills. Thus, a reasonable question is that : What are the roles of these skills in work? and in comparision between these two skills, which is more important?
