Hi all,

Your question is really interesting and helpful because, I think, cheering
up yourself and also your friend is necessary to live happily in this
stressful life.

Each person has their own way to make their life more exciting with lots of
funs and meaningful moments. A quite common way is to share your troubles
with a close friend, who understand you and willing to listen to your
problem. It's because when we in trouble, we often have a need of sharing
ourselves. Moreover, we will feel better after talking out our concern. A
good friend will know how to help his/her friend to overcome difficulties,
at least he/she can help reduce the lonliness feeling in the heart of their
friend. I'm not a psychologist but I have a personal experience, that is we
shouldn't stay alone when we're in trouble. Staying alone just makes you
feel worse. Call your close friends, participate in outdoor activities with
them. This will surely help you feel much better. If you don't believe, you
can try once and then tell me your feeling (I'm kidding! just practising
English language ^_^)

Above is only a very common way to prevent becoming worse when having a
difficulty. For me, even in normal situations, I also like to call my close
friends and share the same interest with them. It does not only help making
our friendship closer but also make us feel more confident and happier to
live a better life. It's a luckiness of mine to have such good friends.
Thank you all, my dear friends!

Cheers,
Nam
