I will agree with you that Iran economy do not depend on the USA but this crisis is not only in the USA it is a global crisis that started in the financial market and what that means is that the ripple effect will be felt all over the world unless you all in Iran live do not import or export any thing to the rest of the world then you will be fine but if you do trade with the global market then it will effect your country also We here in the USA will get though this because we the tax payers will be ask to pay more taxes so we can save some of the companies that was most effected by this crisis like the financial banks I will say that I learn a lot in the last year because of this crisis and that is that as much as the world will like to do with out the USA they do need us and our trade to have a growing economy For me I have a lot in the market so my portfolio have gone down but as I do not need it for the next ten years I am fine because it will come back up by the time I have to retire
