It sounds like our new profile per installation kicked in, but I'm not sure why because that support is not in Firefox 60, just Firefox 68.
Can you check the profile directory and see if it is still there, just renamed? As far as installing 64 bit goes, if 32 bit is installed, it should just install over 32 bit using the same directory. > Also, it looks like users on 60.8.0 don’t get updated to 68.0.1 when checking for updates via the Help / About menu option.
