The Mozilla Add-ons service and the GitHub repository say that this add-on is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. (The soeren-hentzschel.at page that was linked to seems to be in German and therefore unreadable by me.)
However, the add-on itself, as downloaded from Mozilla Add-ons, does not seem to have any license notices. To give people in the future the best chance of building on your work, I suggest including a license notice in every copy.
