Hi,

as most of you know, with Firefox 60 and Firefox ESR 60 Mozilla has introduced the so-called Enterprise Policy Engine. The Enterprise Policy Engine allows administrators to configure Firefox via GPO or a "policies.json" file. The advantage of the "policies.json" file over GPO is that this method does not only work on Windows, but cross-platform on Windows, Apple macOS and Linux.

I released an add-on for Firefox which helps to create this configuration:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/enterprise-policy-generator/

It's not directly related to the CCK2 Wizard but it shares a similar idea and has been created as replacement for Firefox Quantum and the Enterprise Policy Engine. You can simply click together the desired Enterprise Policies. All policies supported by Firefox 60 are supported by this add-on and there is a special marking for policies which are ESR only.

At the moment it's only a generator but it's already planned to add a feature to save and load configurations so that you can change your configuration and don't have to do the same work again and again. You can see the roadmap here:

I hope it's helpful for some of you. ;-)
