If you want know which add-on(s) aren't compatible with e10s, install the add-on "Add-on Compatibility Reporter". It adds a comment next to each add-on (in the Add-Ons list page, and has a separate list) stating whether that add-on is compatible with multiprocess. (And I had SQLite Manager installed before, so I can say that it is not compatible.)
